The vineyards
In the summer of 1999 the Zohar family planted 2 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes for top quality red wine production
Their primary goal is to produce quality grapes to ensure quality wine production.
The vineyards are located at the Boker Valley, 500 meters above sea-level, in the High Negev Mountains region.
The dry and hot climate in the summer and the cold winters in this area allow growing grapes in very good climatic conditions.
